The Caring Citizens' Congress (CCC) year begins June 1 each year. Each month has an emphasis of focus for the Caring Citizens' Congress and its delegates.

June

Beginning of the CCC year. New officers take office. 

July

Celebrate the U.S. Independence Day, July 4th. Read the Declaration of Independence.

August

September

Caring Citizenship Day is September 17.

Constitution Week is September 17 - 24.

October

Rotarians helped charter the UN in 1945. It chartered October 24. Rotary Day at the United Nations Day is celebrated on the 1st or 2nd Saturday in November.

November

General Elections for the United States.

Abraham Lincoln's Gettysburg Address Anniversary was November 19, 1863.

December

Universal Declaration of Human Rights resolution was passed unanimously by the United Nations delegations meeting in Paris, France, December 10, 1948.

January

A Second Bill of Rights was suggested by President Franklin Delano Roosevelt in his State of the Union address, January 11, 1944.
