Vermont's Healthcare Is A Human Right Campaign got healthcare human rights legislation when they had 15,000 photo petitioners, or 2.4% of their population.

277,000 Photo Petitioners Needed in Ohio

What about YOUR state?

Four things #CarngCitizens can do to help promote #HealthcareHumanRights and #OccupyEmpathy:

  1. Inwardly digest human rights language below when referring to healthcare in your day-to-day conversations about healthcare to strengthen the empathic brain, where collaboration resides, and weaken the fearful brain, where "fight or flight" resides. Healthcare starts with empathy, the soul of democracy, caring for each other, leading to freedom and fairness for all.
  2. Invest yourself in #HealthcareHumanRights and become a monthly freedom investor.
  3. Implement #HealthcareHumanRights by going public and become a photo petitioner as a first step.
Click on Abigail Evans' photo petition to share your contact information and receive your Healthcare Is A Human Right Collaboration poster by email.
  4. Invite others to our trust building movement by using your photo petition on your social media. Partner with others, especially of like mind in a different political party. Create a Caring Citizens' Peaceable Assembly with a handful of friends around a bi-weekly or monthly meal. Where two or three are gathered together in the name of compassion and human rights trust for effective government grows.

How do we make healthcare a human right?

Apply the Words "Human Rights" to Healthcare So Life Is Protected and Freedom Expanded

Participatory Freedom - Do you want all American lives, by virtue of our humanity, free to participate in the building of a caring society with a caring economy filled with ethical business that strengthens our health and expands our freedom?

  • Freedom to promote health and focus on preventive care
  • Freedom to join UN Global Compact as an ethical business or stakeholder and promote human rights.
  • Freedom to join a Rotary Club or Rotaract Club and promote human rights.

Universal Freedom - Do you want all Americans, by virtue of our humanity, free to receive patient-doctor healthcare like the United States declared in 1948 when we signed the Universal Declaration of Human Rights to advance world peace?

  • Freedom to receive lifetime, comprehensive healthcare for all.
  • Freedom to receive dignified, hassle-free treatment.

Equitable Freedom - Do you want all Americans, by virtue of our humanity, free to be cared for when we need to be regardless of our economic status?

  • Freedom to choose one's own doctor or hospital.
  • Freedom from unaffordable care.

Accountable Freedom - Do you want all Americans, by virtue of our humanity, guaranteed ourfreedom by an effective public government of, by, and for the people to receive patient-doctor healthcare?

  • Freedom from fear of privateers (like unethical insurance companies) or their cruel enablers inside public government who (1) deny care, (2) cause suffering, (3) cause financial ruin, or (4) cause death for financial gain.
  • Freedom from worry about being paid or treated fairly if you are a doctor or healthcare provider.
  • Freedom to due process in a court of law with no compensatory caps for redress of grievances and harm because of unsafe healthcare practices.

Transparent Freedom - Do you want all Americans, by virtue of our humanity, free to access a user friendly patient-doctor healthcare system?

  • Freedom from complicated and costly administration.
  • Freedom from specific roadblocks making access extremely easy.
